Terms & Conditions — bdij Platform Rules

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bdij ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bdij website, mobile platform, games, betting markets and all associated services available at bdij.org. By creating an account, accessing the platform, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by bdij, including cricket betting, live casino, slot games, crash games and promotional offerings. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the bdij platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and use bdij, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements. Failure to meet any of these requirements will render your account invalid and any associated winnings void. bdij may request supporting documentation at any time to verify eligibility.

• Age: You must be aged 21 years or older. This is a strict minimum and there are no exceptions.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing bdij from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law.
• One Account: You may hold only one registered account at bdij. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited.
• Own Identity: You must register using your own true and accurate personal details. Registering under a false identity is prohibited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement under applicable law.

3. Account Registration and KYC

To access real-money gaming features on bdij, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. bdij employs Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify the identity of all account holders. This is a standard industry measure designed to prevent fraud, underage gambling and money laundering.

bdij may suspend or restrict your account pending completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC requirements are satisfied. You are obliged to cooperate fully with any verification request and to supply requested documentation promptly.

• Registration information must be accurate and kept current at all times. Notify bdij immediately if any details change.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bdij is not liable for unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Immediately notify bdij support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• bdij reserves the right to refuse registration or close an account without prior notice if these conditions are breached.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

bdij processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed within the account cashier section at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification, active bonus wagering requirements where applicable, and standard processing periods. bdij does not charge platform-side fees on standard transactions. Third-party payment provider fees, where applicable, remain the responsibility of the Player.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to the same account or payment method used for the corresponding deposit (same-source rule).
• bdij reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending additional verification checks.
• Funds deposited must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request is accepted, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Any detected attempt to abuse payment processes, including chargeback fraud, will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of funds.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bdij offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. Where a conflict exists between a promotion's individual terms and these general Terms, the promotion's individual terms shall prevail.

Bonuses that have not been fully wagered may not be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period stated in the promotion. Unused bonuses that expire within the stated timeframe will be forfeited without compensation.

• Bonuses are issued to one account per household, per IP address and per device unless stated otherwise.
• bdij reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash outside the stated wagering conditions.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and apply to the first qualifying deposit made after account verification.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including matched betting across multiple accounts — will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on bdij — including cricket betting markets, live casino table games, slot machines and crash games — are governed by their individual game rules, accessible within each game interface. Where any discrepancy exists between rules displayed in-game and those described in external communications, the in-game rules shall take precedence.

RNG-based games use certified random number generation technology to determine outcomes. Live casino results are determined by real physical events conducted under professional studio supervision. bdij does not manipulate game outcomes. Any technical malfunction that materially affects a result will be investigated and, where appropriate, the bet voided and the stake returned.

• Cricket betting markets may be voided if a match is abandoned, interrupted beyond rescheduling, or if the result is deemed irregular under the terms of the relevant sporting authority.
• bdij reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or as a result of a pricing error on the platform.
• Players may not use any software, automated tools, bots or exploits to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Winnings generated through a technical error, glitch or platform fault will not be honoured and may be deducted from the Player's balance.

7. Responsible Gaming

bdij is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. All players are encouraged to set personal limits and to seek help if gaming is causing financial or personal distress. A strict 21+ age policy is enforced at all times.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from within the account settings panel.
• Session time limits: Players may configure session reminders and automatic logout timers to manage time spent on the platform.
• Cooling-off period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a chosen period. During a cooling-off, the account cannot be accessed for real-money play.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to permanently close their account may contact bdij support to initiate self-exclusion. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdij. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, for the purpose of obtaining additional bonuses or circumventing restrictions.
• Collusion with other players, including sharing strategies designed to defraud the platform or other players.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets, access the platform or interact with any game or feature.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack or disrupt the bdij platform, its servers or any connected infrastructure.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification or any interaction with bdij support.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

bdij reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC, detection of prohibited activities, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or to other players.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of pending bonus amounts and funds associated with prohibited activity will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification. bdij is not obligated to return funds where account closure results from a confirmed breach of these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the bdij platform — including software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, icons and audio — is the intellectual property of bdij or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of bdij. Unauthorised use of bdij intellectual property may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdij shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service or any error in game outcomes. bdij's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdij does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where practicable.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

bdij collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bdij implements 256-bit SSL encryption and industry-standard data protection measures to safeguard your information. 13. Amendments to These Terms

bdij reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bdij will notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date shown at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Continued use of bdij following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account by contacting bdij support.
